Most juice is loaded with sugar and is thus, deceptively un-healthy. However, if fresh and unsweetened, can be a miracle boost to your day! Thus blending plants into a goo mush and guzzling them down your pie hole is not a bad thing. Yet, it’s even more healthy to eat those plants un-blended because blending destroys many of their fibers. But, would you have even eaten them unless they were blended in the first place? Where was I?
